Reminder: Online Scheduling Goes Live Next Week
With the popularity of interactive websites, smartphones, and other gadgets that save time, consumer expectations for convenience and flexibility are at an all-time high. One way Aire Serv is stepping up to meet this demand is by moving toward an online scheduling environment on our website. The online scheduling will go live on Monday, March 5, 2018 at 5 p.m. (PST). The initial launch will be an A/B split with only 50 percent of the websites displaying the online scheduling.
Online scheduling enables customers to request a date and time for a home service in real time and helps “stop the shopping” more quickly. While this is simply the same webform as before with the customer requesting a date and time, the convenience and simplicity of perceived online scheduling boosts the number of appointments and produces a higher conversion rate to improve your bottom line.
When customers need to schedule a home service, they will simply enter their zip code, contact information and service need, and then schedule their “preferred” date and time. Once the appointment is scheduled, the appointment request email will include the customer’s selected date and time. Your Customer Service Representative (CSR) will need to acknowledge the customer’s selection, confirm it if possible or find another time that works for both.

It is with bittersweetness that I announce leaving my role as your Local Marketing Specialist. As many of you know, I became engaged to an amazing woman, Rachel, last October. We have been planning our lives together over the past few months and what the future holds for us. After much thought and consideration, Rachel and I will be moving to Houston, Texas, to start our married lives together. I will be moving to Houston in the near future to have that transition settled before our wedding on July 7.
It has been pure joy assisting Aire Serv over the past year. Working with you all as business owners and entrepreneurs has truly been inspiring. I could never have expected how rewarding this role has been in helping you reach your goals and achieve success. I know Aire Serv Nation is still in great hands with Mary Hromadka and Brittany Shuler, your new Local Marketing Specialist. This past year has been tremendous for Aire Serv, but I know greater successes are still ahead.

The Aire Serv team welcomes Brittany Shuler as our new Marketing Specialist. Brittany is excited to partner with franchisees, executives and new entrepreneurs to grow their professional brands, through H2H, social media, digital and print marketing.
After spending four years working in PR and Promotions for the mega media company known as iHeartMedia, Brittany knows what truly drives conversions, sales, business openings, sold-out shows, and —she knows how to reach the consumers. She has learned that it’s when and where you connect with the people you’re trying to serve and how you communicate your business and abilities back to them.
Brittany has worked in and with print and broadcast outlets in various markets within the US, including the iHeartMedia Cincinnati and Waco/Killeen radio stations, KCEN 6, Waco Tribune, various online newspapers, media sites and bloggers, Cincinnati Enquirer, WLWT Channel 5, Local 12 Cincinnati, NPR, and Housetrends. In addition to her PR, promotions and marketing experience, Brittany is trained in trade shows, social media management and event planning.
Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in communications and public relations from Miami University Ohio, Oxford.
In her spare time, she enjoys learning new skills like photography, photo editing and website building. Brittany also enjoys traveling, crafting, camping, hunting and spending time with her dogs.
