All Things Neighborly/Neighbourly

by Cody Pierce on December 4, 2017

The vision of cross marketing with Neighborly/Neighbourly is to put a fence around our customers in each market, partner with ourselves, drive down marketing costs, and create a sticky relationship with our customers. We have three tips for owners to get involved locally as well as an updated vehicle decals document with pricing information.

Have you checked out the Find-a-Neighbor link to identify fellow franchise owners in your market?

What’s being executed nationally on your behalf?

  • Neighborly/Neighbourly branded websites: www.GetNeighborly.com and www.getneighbourly.ca
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Email Marketing – thank you pages, lead nurturing, targeted emails, and e-newsletters
  • Neighborly/Neighbourly-branded marketing materials

How can you integrate the Neighborly/Neighbourly brand in your local market?

  • Collect accurate customer emails
  • Use Neighborly/Neighbourly magnets with local marketing collateral
  • Add the Neighborly/Neighbourly decals to vehicles. Updated U.S. decals and Canadian decals documents were created to standardize vehicle graphics and provides pricing.
