Our Listen360 representative Laura Doherty will host a post-launch webinar on July 19 at 1:30 p.m. CT to review the platform and answer franchisees' questions.
As a reminder, Listen360 is a platform which delivers feedback from YOUR customers so you can quickly review comments from dissatisfied customers (called Detractors) and satisfied customers (called Promoters). Imagine having the opportunity to resolve a customer's concern before you see it posted online or having a customer cancel on-going service!
Feedback about completed projects and service also provides franchise owners with direction for additional training, when needed. It also allows owners with specific opportunities to recognize employees for outstanding service! World class organizations carefully monitor their Net Promoter Scores and I'm excited for our brand to join the ranks and do the same!
In addition to internal feedback about your service, Listen360 invites customers to share their experience with your business online. After the customer completes the survey, promoters will be invited to share a review on The Grounds Guys’ Facebook page.

Listen360 Rollout Timeline
- Listen360 launch and customers began receiving emails to rate their service and leave a review starting on June 26, 2018.
- Our franchise consultants and marketing team has been trained on Listen360 and can answer your questions about implementing this system into your operations. For any additional support, you may contact Listen360 via support@Listen360.com.
- We will announce a post-launch webinar with Listen360 Representative Laura Doherty and Franchise Consultant Gaynelle Baum to share best practices and answer questions from our network.
