As you are all aware, we have moved to our new Customer Engagment System (CES). If you have not already done so, you need to connect to this powerful CES platform to set up and manage your individual business blueprint. This article outlines the importance of CES and a guide to login and set up your profile, which includes your "best contact" email for leads.
The set up will allow you to update your “best contact” information for leads (email/s) as well as customize your hours of operation and services provided. You can also add special notes for any unique service offerings, coupons or short-term operational notices.
This CES platform is utilized by both Scorpion and our call center, helping them localize the customer’s experience as they source information you provided. All leads will be emailed directly to the “best contact email/s” rather than flow through the POS system. CARE Tickets will be managed in a similar way.
