Create an Exceptional Applicant Experience

Franchisees tell us daily how difficult it is to find employees with the skills and positive attitude they need to deliver premium landscape services and exceed customer expectations. This month, we have best practices to help owners create an exceptional applicant experience to attract high-quality employees!

At Reunion, Jeff Baker, owner of the Grounds Guys of East Wichita, told the entire group that there ARE great employees in our markets but it’s up to us to find them. Finding people like Max may seem like a mystery, but here are some recruiting activities you can do that will help you find these amazing employees.
