May CRM Update

As we mentioned last month, the Neighborly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is in the process of streamlining communications to you about upcoming campaigns and program announcements.

Each month, we will provide a list of planned campaigns to give you an idea of what is coming up, both from Neighborly and from each individual brand.

We are putting the finishing touches on a landing page that you can visit as you wish to see upcoming campaigns. Once a campaign is finalized, the details (launch date, email examples, audience, etc.) will be available for you to review. Stay tuned to your monthly eNewsletters for more details as we continue developing this landing page!

What’s Coming in May?
Below is a list of planned campaigns for the month of May. These campaigns are mostly still in the idea phase being built out. This means the launch date could still fluctuate.

Neighborly Local Connect Is Now Part of PTN!
We have partnered with ProTrade Net to provide rebate opportunities to enrolled owners. Earn an 8% rebate when you participate in our program! If you have not done so yet, we would like to invite you sign up for Neighborly Local Connect. Perhaps the biggest benefit of enrolling in Local Connect is the return on investment since email can be one of the most cost-effective ways to reach your customers. After analyzing the results of our pilot program, we discovered our owners realized on average $8,700 of revenue for each email sent out of the Local Connect platform. Given the analytics Neighborly has performed on the incremental benefit of email, we estimate that Local Connect owners could realize $5-10 of incremental profit for every $1 spent on the program (on average across all brands).
