GGPro: On-boarding and Transition Update

by Dave Holmes on December 4, 2017

A little over a month ago, The Grounds Guys’ team officially received the green light to start the GGPro on-boarding process with franchise owners. On October 30, the first two owners and their teams were introduced to GGPro and began the transition process. Read this month's update about how many are engaged and how to get involved before GroundsNet is discontinued on Dec. 31, 2017.

Since those first owners began ussing GGPro, franchise consultants and our IT team have hosted two Boot Camp training sessions in Waco, Texas, a pre-on-boarding meeting in Ontario and many Webinar on-boarding coaching sessions to get owners logged into GGPro and using our new system.

Our objective is to have all franchise owners engaged in and learning GGPro by December 15. This deadline is important because GroundsNet will officially be turned off as of December 31, 2017. We are well on our way to accomplishing this goal! To date, 67% of franchisees are actively working within their new GGPro system with more on-boarding sessions scheduled with franchise consultants over the next two weeks.

If you have not started using GGPro yet, you need to reach out to your franchise consultant ASAP! For those of you currently working within the new system, please continue to work with your franchise consultant as you work within and learn how to set up and use this new platform.
