Important GGPro Update and Exciting Incentive with Prizes!

I sincerely thank each of you for your dedication to implementing and using our new software, GGPro. We are in the final weeks of the adoption phase as invoicing and syncing to QuickBooks Online (QBO) training is under way. Your efforts in entering customer data and contracts will pay off as we move into the summer months and we have some prizes to help incentivize more owners invoice using GGPro by June 30, 2018.

Please continue to be diligent in your efforts to learn the system and utilize GGPro from start to finish. In a few short weeks, leads will be synced to GGPro, rather than sent via email. Completing the business cycle and closing invoicing is critical in our brand to collect current and accurate information about our customers and your success metrics. Please make it a priority to utilize GGPro in its entirety, which includes invoicing in GGPro and syncing your data to QBO. Auto reporting is in development and your numbers will only be accurate if you invoice through GGPro.

To incentivize all franchise owners to push to the finish line by invoicing in GGPro, we are offering a "fun in the process" opportunity through June 30, 2018. On July 1, 2018, each franchise consultant will pull data reflecting the top 10 franchisees in their region utilizing the GGPro system, which includes entering leads to closing invoices. Franchisees must have at minimum 25 invoices closed to qualify and qualified owners will be entered into a drawing. Winners will be eligible to win the following prizes (each Region will win a series of four prizes, a total of 28 winners!):

• First: Two months of Tech Fees, not to be used consecutively and redeemed between May - November ($600 value)
• Second: $400 Reimbursement Travel Voucher to Reunion 2018 / expires Dec. 31, 2018
• Third: $300 Reimbursement Travel Voucher to Reunion 2018 / expires Dec. 31, 2018
• Fourth: $200 Reimbursement Travel Voucher to Encore Training in Waco / no expiration
