Marketing Update: Email Campaigns and Local Marketing Webinar

Email Campaigns

The Neighborly CRM team is doing great things this year with the customer journey. The email marketing campaigns outlined below are designed to nurture and convert leads, drive repeat business, re-engage “at-risk” customers, and build awareness of the Neighborly family of home services.

SureStart: This campaign is sent to existing Neighborly customers located in The Grounds Guys-owned zip codes and introduces recently-opened locations. It is sent 30 days after their first non $0 royalty report.

Customer Journey: This campaign targets new customers after they have completed a job. There is a controlled frequency of quarterly for recurring customers. There are three touch points of this campaign: three days, 10 days, and 17 days after completed job. Our brands’ open rate is 42 percent! The average email open rate is 22 percent for the home and garden industry, so we are way above average with customer email engagement!

Attrition Prevention: This campaign targets existing customers that have not completed a job with us for 18+ months. To re-engage with them, there will be an email sent 18+ months since their last job, 14 days after that email, and finally, another email 28 days after that.

Website Visit Remarketing: This campaign targets customers and leads who have visited our websites and prompts them to visit again and request service. It keeps our brand top-of-mind as they are shopping or thinking about reaching out to you. There are two touch points: one day after their website visit, and then again 11 days after their website visit. The open rate for The Grounds Guys on this campaign is soaring at 107 percent!

eNewsletter: This campaign is meant to increase awareness of Neighborly and all our brands, while promoting customer cross-branded utilization and driving customers to the website. These eNewsletters are sent monthly to leads and customers. The open rate for the monthly eNewsletters is 25 percent.
