SOCi - Social Media Posting Platform Rolls Out to Franchisees October 28, 2019

At Reunion, many of you had a chance to attend SOCi and social media workshop to learn more about how social media can be a real game changer in developing that trust and familiarity that customers crave.  In this workshop, we introduced you to SOCi, our social media management platform.  This platform has been utilized at the corporate level to manage the national Facebook page and now, we’re excited to make this tool available to you for your local business!

What is SOCi?
SOCi is the next generation in social media management, and will offer benefits to franchisees like:

  • Allowing you to schedule out content days, weeks, and even months in advance
  • Giving you a central location to access branded templates for a variety of events and local news
  • Managing your Facebook presence by allowing you to engage with followers and respond to customer questions, concerns and reviews
  • Improving your social search engine optimization by maintaining a consistent posting schedule
  • Building a community of repeat customers, while reaching new customers through multiple social media networks, all in one place

We are rolling out this platform October 28, 2019 and SOCi is hosting a webinar on October 25 at 11 a.m. CT.

For the roll out to proceed, all Facebook pages must be in Facebook Business Manager. If you have any questions, please reach out to our team.

After you receive your login information on October 28, SOCi University will be available for all training. It is a self-paced learning center where you or your team will learn how to manage your primary social media accounts as well as your reputation and reviews on Yelp, Facebook and Google -- all from one platform!

Xpressdocs Webinar Recording

To provide a positive, efficient and simplified experience for you, we have rolled out a new and improved marketing materials and printing platform on Monday, September 16, 2019 for both US and Canadian franchisees! This new platform is powered by Xpressdocs, a fully-integrated system that includes the selection, production and distribution of marketing materials.
