Local Marketing Update

SOCi - Social Media Posting Platform

At Reunion, many of you had a chance to attend SOCi and social media workshop to learn more about how social media can be a real game changer in developing that trust and familiarity that customers crave.  In this workshop, we introduced you to SOCi, our social media management platform.  This platform has been utilized at the corporate level to manage the national Facebook page and now, we’re excited to make this tool available to you for your local business!

What is SOCi?
SOCi is the next generation in social media management, and will offer benefits to franchisees like:

  • Allowing you to schedule out content days, weeks, and even months in advance
  • Giving you a central location to access branded templates for a variety of events and local news
  • Managing your Facebook presence by allowing you to engage with followers and respond to customer questions, concerns and reviews
  • Improving your social search engine optimization by maintaining a consistent posting schedule
  • Building a community of repeat customers, while reaching new customers through multiple social media networks, all in one place

Next Steps
We plan to roll out this platform in the next couple of months, so stay tuned for more details. For the roll out to proceed, all Facebook pages must be in Facebook Business Manager. If you have any questions, please reach out to our team.

After you receive your login information, SOCi University will be available for all training. It is a self-paced learning center where you or your team will learn how to manage your primary social media accounts as well as your reputation and reviews on Yelp, Facebook and Google -- all from one platform!

Canada Facebook Update

There are currently two national Facebook pages - one for the United States, and one for Canada. The same content is posted to both pages. This is unusual, as we typically only have one corporate page for the brand. We will be removing the Canada page so we have one page for both the U.S. and Canada.  The Canada page only has 400 likes, and these people will be migrated  to the corporate page, so we will not lose them. This will not affect the local content being pushed regularly to your pages.
