Neighborly Update: Reunion Recap

Reunion was great time to discuss ideas, answer questions, and present best practices for getting Neighborly in your local markets. Check out three key takeaways!

We shared about the Neighborly Local Marketing Resources website, which is a library of tools and tips from franchisees for franchisees.

The 80/20 Rule

You’ve heard of the 80/20 rule. You know, the one that says “80 percent of the work is done by 20 percent of the people.” When it comes to local services, let’s think of it using the 80/20 idea. On average, a franchise owner only serves about 20 percent of all Neighborly customers in the local market. By working with other local Neighborly brands, you could capitalize on the opportunity to reach the other 80 percent.

More and more, franchisees are excited about collaborating at the local level. That’s exactly why we launched Neighborly Local Marketing Resources: to give you the tools and tips you need to successfully work together!
