Indiana Franchisee Group "Gets Neighborly"

This month, we're highlighting a Neighborly franchise group serving the South Bend, Indiana market. Learn how franchisees and staff got acquainted at a local baseball game, and how they turned it into a fantastic social media opportunity!

At this time, we have at least 30 Neighborly franchisee groups across the system who are engaged and working together at different levels to cross-sell services in their local markets. There are many ways franchisees can join together to split time and costs. Doing so brings greater value to customers who see a technician in their home as a resource to help them repair, maintain and enhance their home.

South Bend, Indiana, is one of those markets.

What was intended to be a simple Facebook Live post turned into a tremendous testimonial video. Franchisees treated their staff members to a baseball social to celebrate their partnership with the South Bend Cubs at Four Winds Field. With a local videographer on hand, the group saw an opportunity to do something really cool. They created a low-cost video showcasing the brands working together as Neighborly companies and shared it with followers and customers on Facebook.
