GGPro CRM Contact Estimating Templates

Reunion was a can't-miss event once again! Josh and Dianna shared the news that we will be importing some important estimating templates into your GGPro account in the coming days.
The purpose of these templates is to not only help speed up your estimating time, but to help establish a set estimate structure that you can use repetitively as you create estimates for your new incoming leads.

You will receive seven key CRM Estimating Templates in your GGPro very soon. Each template targets specific profit centers.  They include 30 different sample and example estimates which you can use to streamline and speed up your estimating process, as well as learn how to use estimating to evaluate profitability and logistically plan your manpower.  Within each template you will find specific estimates that focus on specific service verticals.

This is what you will see in your GGPro CRM Contacts once they have been given to you:

  • #HOLIDAY LIGHTING ESTIMATE TEMPLATES (1 Template)
  • #IRRIGATION / LIGHTING ESTIMATE TEMPLATES (7 Templates)
  • #LANDSCAPING / HARDSCAPE ESTIMATE TEMPLATES (1 Template)
  • #LAWN & LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE TEMPLATES (4 Templates)
  • #RESIDENTIAL L&L MAINTENANCE PACKAGES TEMPLATE (1 Template)
  • #RESIDENTIAL PLAN TEMPLATES (4 Templates)
  • #SNOW & ICE ESTIMATE TEMPLATES (4 Templates)

When these templates are pushed into your GGPro account, your current default budget will be the one that is attached to these estimates.  The idea is you will use this structure and customize the pricing to fit your specific market.  You will then go into a selected template and review and revise each service or project task as you see fit to meet your profit and pricing expectations.  Once you have done so, you will have an estimate template that you can use to import or copy when creating future estimates.

As you review the templates, you will likely have some questions.  Please reach out to your Franchise Business Coach.  They are your best resource to work through your questions and guide you in using these awesome tools.

A special thank you goes out to Mary Thompson, Eric Petty and Matt Page for their commitment to our brand and the time and attention that this project received from each of them.  Without their contribution and support, this would not have happened.
