The Grounds Guys’ Reunion Scrapbook and GGPro Takeaways

Reunion was a lot of fun and there were a ton of incredible takeaways! If you missed this year's event - we have the links to watch the General Session and the Awards Banquet, which were livestreamed and recorded. You can also access LMN's Mike Lysecki's two presentations to help owners use GGPro and a few photo highlights in this article.

IMG_0683The Get in the Game Reunion 2018 kicked off started with our annual social event and charity auction in support of RMHC and Zees 4 Zees. As usual, our franchisees and Home Office team showed up ready to have some Fun in the Process! Together, we raised an incredible amount and focused our love and attention on the Cleveland Ronald MacDonald House with Roger Waleri running point. Hats off to Candice Dillon for an incredible job pulling our auction together with style.

The training sessions offered this year began with a Neighborly approach as all brands were invited to “Open the Vault” with Mike Whitlock, financial trainer. The Grounds Guys concurrent sessions included the usual suspects, Finance, Marketing, Recruiting and Sales, led by your Home Office Support Team and a nice assist from Chris Draaistra of Abbotsford, British Columbia. Wednesday’s anchor, Mike Lysecki with LMN, offered some very valuable instruction. Click the links to download .pdf files of the following presentations:

Improving Efficiency

Better Decisions with Big Picture Thinking

There’s always room for more fun in the process with a night at the banquet, the vendor show and our Tailgate Party during Tuesday night Fun in the Process!

Congratulations to our Top Gun Franchisees and all our award winners – we are so proud of your achievements!!
