It’s been a busy year at The Grounds Guy implementing GGPro. We have spent considerable time coaching, teaching, persuading, and asking franchisees to fully adopt, utilize and invoice in GGPro (our new Point of Sales system). As proven by year-to-date results, GGPro is not only making a difference by helping owners recover their overhead and operate more efficiently; it’s also driving increased profitability for franchisees.
Thanks to you we have either completed or are in the process of completing and onboarding several “add on” enhancements, i.e., Qvinci, Listen360, and ZeeMail to better support your continued growth and improve your financial outcomes. As a matter of fact, I’m proud to announce that most of our franchisees are experiencing significant revenue growth over this same time last year. This is due in great part to your hard work of course, but also the utilization, adoption and invoicing (in) of GGPro. This is a key performance indicator that resonates throughout our system as well as the Dwyer Group.

Regarding the internal or behind the scenes work, we are working diligently to make sure that The Grounds Guys' systems of success are efficient, effective and work… starting with GGPro. GGPro is an extremely effective and robust point of sale system that has proven its value. So, if you are not currently using GGPro to invoice, you’re missing out on an opportunity to include your geographic data points to help design/build future support, planning efforts, and identify/share best practices that can lead to improved net profit percentages. Operationalizing GGPro (and timely reporting) at your shop will allow us to support the franchise system while supporting our front-line growth.
